    Return Policy

    • You may return any product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • To initiate a return, email us at support@thesouthz.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

    Exchange Policy

    • We offer size exchanges on all products, subject to availability.
    • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your preferred size.
    • The exchanged product will be shipped once we receive the original item back.

    Refund Process

    • Refunds are initiated once the returned product passes our quality check (1–2 business days after receipt).
    • Prepaid orders: Refund credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • COD orders: Refund issued via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details.
    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Products marked as 'Final Sale' or purchased during clearance events.
    • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
    • Products without original tags and packaging.
    • Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

    Damaged or Defective Products

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Share photographs of the product and packaging, and we will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
    • No return shipping charges apply for damaged or defective items.

    Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.

    • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you may return it after delivery.
