UAE Delivery
We ship across the United Arab Emirates.
3–5 Business Days
Standard delivery for most UAE locations.
Remote Areas
Extra time may apply for remote or out-of-zone locations.
Order Tracking
Real-time tracking via email for every order.
Shipping Charges
- —Free shipping on orders above AED 150.
- —A flat shipping fee of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 150.
- —Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for UAE orders unless explicitly mentioned at checkout.
Processing Time
- —All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- —Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- —You will receive an email and SMS notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
- —Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other major UAE locations: 3–5 business days.
- —Remote or out-of-zone areas may take longer depending on courier coverage.
- —Please note that delivery timelines may be affected during promotions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Partners
- —We partner with leading logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- —All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
International Shipping
- —Orders placed in the UAE are fulfilled for delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
- —Shipping outside the UAE may not be available unless announced separately.
Order Tracking
- —Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
- —You can also track your order anytime from our Order Tracking page using your order ID and registered email.
Undelivered / Returned Shipments
- —If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts.
- —Orders returned to us due to failed delivery will be refunded (minus shipping charges) or reshipped upon request.
